What's the difference between an observed question and an estimated suggestion?

Observed questions come from a real, dated source. Estimated suggestions are educated guesses and are always labeled as such.

An observed question has a source you can check: a customer email, a call note, a review, a contact form submission. We show the date and geography alongside it.

An estimated suggestion is a question businesses like yours commonly receive, but we haven't seen evidence of it for your business. We label it clearly so you can decide whether it's worth answering.

We do not show search volume numbers unless they come from a connected data provider.
