How does approval work before something is published?

Every change waits for your explicit approval of the exact text. Editing after approval resets it.

Each recommendation becomes a draft. You can edit it and see a line-by-line preview of what will be added or removed on the page.

When you're happy, you submit it and approve it. If you edit the text again, approval is withdrawn so you always approve the final wording.

Every publish is recorded in history with the previous version, so it can be restored.
