When are credits used?
One credit is used only when a publish is confirmed successful. Drafts, edits, failures and restores are free.
Credits represent published improvements, not effort. If publishing fails, no credit is used.
Pilot pricing is proposed and billing is not yet connected, so no one is charged during the pilot preview.
